Funking Barber ("nosotros", "nuestro") respeta la privacidad de sus clientes. Esta política explica qué información recolectamos y cómo la usamos, con especial atención a nuestro programa de notificaciones por mensaje de texto (SMS).

Información que recolectamos

Cuando reservás un turno (por nuestra página web o en persona) recolectamos tu nombre y número de teléfono, y opcionalmente tu email, para poder confirmarte el turno y brindarte el servicio.

Programa de mensajes de texto (SMS)

Al aceptar recibir SMS de Funking Barber, vas a recibir recordatorios de turno y novedades del negocio. La frecuencia de los mensajes varía según tu actividad con nosotros. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos según tu plan con tu operador móvil.

Podés cancelar en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP a cualquiera de nuestros mensajes. Para ayuda, respondé HELP o contactanos directamente (ver abajo).

Tu número de teléfono y tu consentimiento para recibir SMS nunca se comparten ni se venden a terceros para fines de marketing. La información de contacto se usa exclusivamente para la operación de Funking Barber (turnos, recordatorios y comunicación directa con vos).

Cómo se da tu consentimiento

Podés autorizar la recepción de SMS de dos formas: (1) tildando la casilla de consentimiento al reservar un turno en nuestra página web, o (2) autorizándolo verbalmente con el barbero al momento de abonar el servicio en el local, quien lo registra en nuestro sistema. En ambos casos el consentimiento queda guardado en tu perfil de cliente y podés revocarlo en cualquier momento.

Funking Barber ("we", "our") respects the privacy of our clients. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, with particular attention to our text message (SMS) notification program.

Information we collect

When you book an appointment (through our website or in person) we collect your name and phone number, and optionally your email, so we can confirm your appointment and provide the service.

SMS text message program

By agreeing to receive SMS messages from Funking Barber, you will receive appointment reminders and business updates. Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly (see below).

Your phone number and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Contact information is used exclusively for Funking Barber's operations (appointments, reminders, and direct communication with you).

How your consent is collected

You can authorize SMS messages in two ways: (1) by checking the consent checkbox when booking an appointment on our website, or (2) by verbally authorizing it with your barber at the time of payment in the shop, which our staff records in our system. In both cases, consent is saved to your client profile and you can revoke it at any time.
